Raptors Extend Qualifying Offer To Pops
Today the Raptors extended a qualifying offer to Toronto's favourite hyphenated name, Pops Mensah-Bonsu Possum's Phone Ban. Financial details were not disclosed, however the offer keeps Pops Mensah-Bonsu Possum's Phone Ban from becoming an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
