Raptors Visit Nuggets

Tonight at 9:00 pm, the Raptors play the Nuggets. This is the Raps first look at the Nuggets with Chauncey Billups, who has led the team to an 11-3 record with him in the lineup. Billups is averaging 18.6 points and 6.7 assists in 14 games with the Nuggets. The Raptors look to tread above .500 with a win in Denver. The game is available on The Score, the Fan 590, and channelsurfing.net.

What to watch for:
- The Nuggets star, Carmelo Anthony, left the Nuggets last game in the first quarter with an elbow injury. He says he hopes to play tonight.
- Jermaine O'Neal has now missed three games straight, and it became apparent against the Lakers that the Raptors are missing his body in the middle. Hopefully he will get to play tonight.
- The Raptors were simply outhustled in Los Angeles. Hopefully they will have learned a thing or two from that loss.

As I watch this game... I am disgusted. I realize the raps haven't changed over the years.. we still cant defend or rebound. our defense is appalling. Carmelo is getting whatever he wants.. Chauncey lit us up in the first half alone... Nene is destroying our big men... at the half the nuggets were shooting above 50% and by the third quarter they've scored 100 points. The raps haven't changed at all...

ugh.. i had to comment again...

Humphries: 4 times as many rebounds as JO in 2 less minutes.
COMMON.

Rokko: more than 4 times as many points as Solomon in one more minute of PT. not to mention he made as many foul shots as Solomon's amount of field goals taken (6).

...and of course the nuggets shot almost 60% on the game.
